



At Chef Chris` Boogie Woogie BBQ meats are slow smoked with regional fruitwoods and Oak. The pink hue of the meat (sometimes thought to be a sign of undercooking) is actually the sought after "smoke ring" which is an indicator of smoked meat perfection!
