Compuware Arena is a state of the art, ice sports facility. Set on 30 acres of beautifully landscaped property and surrounded by woods and natural wetlands, visitors and patrons are treated to a superior experience. Along with the Plymouth Whalers, Compuware Arena is also home to the Detroit Ignition, Detroit Compuware AAA Youth Hockey Club, and Detroit Catholic Central High School Hockey. The arena is also available for concerts, ice shows, high school graduations, trade shows and much more.

Capacity:
Compuware Arena encompasses approximately 170,000 square feet with one main seating level, private suites and press boxes. The creative design of the arena affords the opportunity to provide 3,504 seats for Ontario Hockey League games and 4,500 seats for concerts and other performances.

Arena Seating:
688 VIP Seats, 2536 Executive Reserved, 224 Bench seats and 56 Suite seats. 

Four (4) luxury suites located in the upper level of the arena provide the ultimate experience for taking in an event at the arena. Suites include 14 seats and are leased for $15,000 a year, for 2-5 years. Suites are furnished and decorated by the leasee.

Facilities:
One main concourse, Accessibility for disabled persons to all areas, two entrances to the building convenient to facility parking, covered canopies over all entrances, one elevator to supplement stairwell system, permanent novelty stand and team store, public restrooms including: 32 women`s water closets and 4 lavatories, 62 men`s water closets, 20 urinals and 4 lavatories.

Meeting facilities:
One meeting room with full catering available. Banquet room available for 250 people through restaurant.

Press facilities:
Two permanent press boxes on the upper level of the arena level containing all broadcast and press areas, including press lounge.

Technical Information:
One four sided scoreboard; state of the art sound and acoustic system.

Service Areas:
Rigging Capacity for 1000 lbs per joist, 24000 lbs. Show load. Easy load in for quick changeover between events (10 ft by 10ft). Energy efficient mechanical and electrical systems. Special de-humidification system for humidity control at ice events.

Food Service:
Two concessions stands with service to arena and recreational ice facility. Mobile thematic food carts throughout, Special food service catering to all suites, catering available to all press functions, one full menu restaurant.
